Oh look....it's December! Not quite sure how that happened but it did!!!

November Photo A Week Challenge

Ya'll!! I have no idea where fall is!!

Here in Oklahoma it is just now cooler....I wore flip flops all October!

There were a few days where my hopes were up but then it would be 80 degrees the next day!!

It wouldn't surprise me if we skipped fall and went straight to winter!

Time will tell, time will tell.

week 4....candy......we collected more candy this year than any other.....thankfully we aren't being pigs but I am a little tired of it taking up counter space!

October Photo A Week Challenge

Well I'm a tad behind!

Went on my church's annual ladies fall retreat this first weekend of this month and had an awesome time! I got behind on everything! Plenty of time to jump in this month's challenge!

Here's last month's snaps....

week 1:  bright.....loved seeing beams of sunlight!!

week 2:  enjoy.....I am so enjoying my Cricut!! Made some labels for our retreat goodie bags!

week 3:  welcome.....guess who got to welcome retirement? My daddy!! Proud family moment!

week 4:  relax....finally started a Coffee & Coloring C Group at church and was quite relaxing to visit with some girls over coffee and coloring!

September Photo A Week Challenge

Well here comes fall!! Anyone else excited like me?

Summer went by way fast and our mini vacay was great!

Now that school has started we'll see 2017 before we know it!!

Here was August's snaps.....

Week 1....family....my favorite part of vacation was feeding the giraffes at the OKC zoo!! I snapped a picture of my boys then handed my phone to my husband and said 'take one of me!' and he thought I was recording!! Ha! Oh well!!

Week 2....capture.....one of my favorite things to capture is a good ole' Oklahoma sunset!!

Week 3.....ready.....totally ready for Lil' Hunkie to go back to school!! Excited for him to learn to read!! :)

Week 4.....routine.....and now that he is back in school I can do some of my fav morning routines....of course this is on a non-working day!

Week 5.....end....August was great!! It's my birthday month so it's always great! I do love when we turn the calendar to a new month, especially one that brings fall!

August....the last of summer....the first of school!

Me and Lil' Hunkie aren't ready for school to start yet cause we still need to go on vacation!!

We'll be taking care of that real soon!!! We can't wait!!

week 2:  sunshine.....went on a dinner adventure one night and enjoyed the sunshine while we waited for our table!

week 4:  sign....free Rhonna backgrounds are a sure sign of new stuff coming in the app!! Yay!!

July was pretty fun!! Oh! And I loved that my sister played this month and rocked every prompt!!

Good golly I'm a bad blogger!! 

Yep, it's been crazy around here so my focus has been on other things....I promise I'm still here!

I can't make any promises for this summer as I'm trying to declutter and organize my home some....I promise I'm still here!

I know, I know....broken record!

Here's some exciting news though.....I have a new office!! We finally got them ready and the last 2 weeks have been moving weeks! And we're still not all the way done.......I do plan on showing off my new place but until then how about a photo challenge for June?

I don't know about you but 2016 is flying!! March already?!!

Week 1: heart.....I heart Pinkitzel!! It's a cute, cute cupcake/candy/treat spot in downtown Tulsa. There are locations in Edmond and Bricktown (OKC) so if you are ever near any of these spots you won't be sorry to make a visit!!

Week 2:  fun......Lil' Hunkie's packed weekend bag for some fun at Grandma's! Complete with homemade Valentines.  

Week 3:  my Valentine......got me some pretty flowers in my favorite color and in a cool container!

Week 4:  pink.......pink bunny ready to bake cookies for the win! Lil' Hunkie's favorite!

Such a pink month!! ;)

I love taking pictures!  I even got a 'big girl' camera for Christmas!! And by 'big girl' I mean it has wifi so I can send pics to my phone and then upload to Instagram! Just gotta figure it out! Ha!

December 1?!!

 Where in the world did 2015 go ya'll?!

 

Let's enjoy the last month of the year by focusing on what a fun, memory making time it can be!

 

Here's my 'thankfuls' from November....

 

 

Week 1 :  I'm thankful for November....the month I became a wife and a mom!

Week 2 : not pictured....was a video of my Eagle Scout nephew, Timmy (above) playing taps at the Collinsville Veteran's Day parade....thankful for all Veteran's! And my Eagle Scout!

Week 3 : thankful to have Lil' Hunkie home for a week during Thanksgiving! We celebrated by making turkey cookies!

Week 4 : thankful to be the aunt of an Eagle Scout.  Did you know that only 6% of Boy Scouts achieve the highest rank of Eagle Scout? So, so proud of Timmy's accomplishment! And his Court of Honor celebration was pretty cool!

Well the birthday month is over and I gotta say....turning 40 is not bad at all!! I loved celebrating almost the entire month!! Lol!! And yes I sure did throw myself a birthday party! My very first My Favorite Things party and it was sooo much fun!! I'll share about it this week!

So now on to the month that ushers in Fall!! I'm ready, how about you?

August...aka...as my birthday month is here, oh my!! I think I've said it before...once August hits it's pretty much downhill to the New Year!  

I'm loving the photo a week format!  For the first two July prompts I managed to get 2 pics in and there's a very beachy theme for July since well that's where I vacationed at! ☺

Week 1 : red, white, and blue..........pic 1 Let Freedom Ring! Used some new in July packs in the Rhonna Desgins app to make a 4th of July Insta.

pic 2  Made some good ole' no bakes for our 4th celebration...they are a go-to for me!

Week 2 : travel........... pic 1 Day one on the beach!

pic 2 Day two...took a 'sunrise walk' and it was perfect!

Week 3 : snack...... Sweet Tart ropes....a new fav candy!

Week 4 : family....... #throwbackthursday to a sister beach selfie!

Week 5 : time....... #throwbackthursday to missing some beach time!

Is it really June already?!

A new month means new photo challenge time! I thought I'd change it up a bit this month!  Instead of a prompt everyday I thought I'd do a prompt per week. I will be honest, I was behind the whole month of May and still have to do the last two days! So with a just one prompt a week I can take at least one or as many as I want for the week.  Less pressure with more opportunities to be creative? We're gonna find out!!
